The H.E.A.P.^TM Chairable Foundation was born out the need Roccy DeFrancesco, JD, CWPP, CAPP, MM (the creator of the Home Equity Acceleration Plan (H.E.A.P)) saw our country to help finacially struggling families pay their mortgages in times of need.

The H.E.A.P.^TM Charitable Foundation would not have been possible without the help of Jim Duggan, JD, MBA who so graciously donated his time as well his law firm's time to help setup the H.E.A.P.^TM Charitable Foundation "pro bono."

In other words, Jim and his firm did not charge legal fees to setup the H.E.A.P.^TM Charitable Foundation. Without Jim's help the H.E.A.P.^TM Charitable Foundation would not have been created.
